At Moe Retirement Village we strive to provide affordable rental accommodation for independent living seniors. The village consists of 44 self contained dwellings with the option of furnished or unfurnished accommodation. We have a number of different floor plans available to suite everybody's needs. Our accommodation is government supported, with no expensive up front fees required and no exit fees payable.

Service Options

At Moe Retirement Village we strive to offer our residents comfortable living choices. You are welcome to use the communal area to socialise with other residents and make lasting friendships. Your small pets are most welcome to join you at Moe Retirement Village.

We have 3 main floor plans available. With the option of furnished or unfurnished accommodation, the choice couldn't be easier. All dwellings are fitted with the modern touches you would expect. They are safe and secure with security screens fitted, panic buttons and the option of MEPACS personal alarms for that extra piece of mind.

Our on site managers are happy to assist and provide you with 3 main meals each day. The meals emphasise healthy living and are served to you in our communal dining area. We offer a complementary linen service to all our residents with an on site laundry. Dwellings are also fitted with a self contained laundry.

Village Option 1

As soon as you walk inside your captured by this apartments open living layout, with an inviting heated combined living/dining room with the added bonus of a kitchenette, (with refrigerator and microwave) follow through to the spaciously natural light filled bedroom with built in robes and a generous ensuite. Start your day the Moe way with a cup of tea in your very own private courtyard.

Village Option 2

This style of apartment contains everything you need to enjoy your new lifestyle, with sweeping views of our tranquil gardens seen from every window. Large open plan combined living/dining room with modern fittings, flowing through to the ensuite with attached laundry where you will end up in your spacious bedroom with built in robes. This dwelling is warmly heated throughout, and has its very own private court yard.

Village Option 3

This spacious double sized apartment, would be ideal lifestyle living for a couple, comprising of two main living areas with modern features including refrigerator and microwave, heating through out, large main bedroom with ensuite, separate dining and lounge room with the added bonus of a spare room to be utilized as a study or sewing room. All this plus a private courtyard to sit back relax and enjoy the lush gardens.
